Description
"I have a problem with my password" option should automatically redirect to the reset password page. The majority of our support requests pertain to forgotten password. This would allow users to correct the problaem immediately. It would also help those providing instructions to save the step of telling them to click "Forgot Password?" Additionally, when one completes the tasks required for a password rest, a message telling user to go to email should pop up instead of the Change Password Page. Many of our participants try to rest their passwors from that page rather than going to the link in their emails. It accounts for over half of the problems with password resets.
