Description
The process for enabling a CAC is not working. I tried to CAC enable three new accounts and received error message after user entered their CAC password (see attached). I had 4 people try to add their CAC without success. We tried it using IE and Chrome (we can now CAC with Chrome and IE). I already ran this by SSD to see if it might be an issue on our side, but it isn't.

Kathryn, we have not heard anything back in these past 3 weeks from Egan regarding this issue, depsite attempts. Based on all of our testing and feedback from other DoD GN partner testing, at this time this appears to be a local GCMC issue. We will be happy to be of further assistance if we hear back at some point in the future. Please open a new ticket, in the future, if needed.
