Question: The course syllabus sessions are out of order. LCHR 19020 - https://globalnetplatform.org/diils/lchr-19020 I added lisa.berry username as a Group Manager. I remember this being reported but do not remember the outcome. Will be fixed at a later date when funds are available? Lisa could you please remind me. I have a new Admin under Dana and he is inquiring if it can be fixed. I want to make sure I answer correctly and with any details. Thanks so much for your support. Nancy

Thanks Nancy!
Hi Lisa,
I have created two new course groups and the syllabus sessions are staying in order.
Okay to close.
Thanks, Nancy
Hi Lisa,
Had one instance last week that the sessions were out of order but a refresh page fixed it.
Please keep this open for a few more days.
I have two more Course Groups to created and will make note of any issues.
Thanks, Nancy
Hi Nancy, whenyou adjusted the sessions, has it stayed for you correctly? I've been checking now and then they seem to stay in the right order, however, want to see what your experience has been.
Cheers,
Lisa
Thanks Nancy. Looking over now.
Hi Lisa, Thank you.
I just added you to my up and coming course group MJ 19020 group manager.
When I first accessed the course group the Syllabus was out of order. But after a refresh i.e. adding you to the group it corrected and is now in correct order.

Have a good day.

Hi Nancy, Want to let you know I am still monitoring here as it seems there is an out of order occuring when we has sessions with a great many level 2 and 3, however, I've not been able to replicate for a smaller course like the one you have.
Cheers,
Lisa
I'm going to keep this open. Jira ticket is 4884. Coincidently, I found I'm getting an error trying to add the Jira ticket from here, so is why you don't see one at the bottom.
Really weird Nancy, in one of my test courses that has about 8 Level 1 sessions, all I have to do is reload the page (F5). I tried that with your course, but wasn't able to reproduce there, which is good.
Cheers,
Lisa
Thanks Lisa.
I should have mentioned I tried editing a session within WEEK ONE then WEEK TWO and WEEK THREE to see if the session would reorder but it didn't work.
To make the sessions reorder did you do something extra?
I will keep an eye on this as it hadn't happen on my last course.
Appreciate your support.
Will you keep this ticket open or close it?
Have a good day, Nancy
