Senior-AFAO-2012WASHINGTON, D.C.- The Africa Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS) welcomed 17 foreign area officers on Feb. 16, 2012, for a visit to the Center and a roundtable discussion on the current political and security environment in Africa. The visitors are serving as defense attachés, or have security cooperation or intelligence/policy portfolios.
