The Daniel K. Inouye Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies recently concluded its Indo-Pacific Orientation Course (IPOC) 23-3, from Nov. 13-17. This event marked a milestone in the center’s history as its largest in-person course, with 157 Fellows participating. Holding the course entirely in person, moving away from previous virtual formats due to COVID-19, contributed to this record attendance. Continue reading

Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies
The Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) is a U.S. Department of Defense institute that addresses regional and global security issues, inviting military and civilian representatives of the United States and Asia-Pacific nations to its comprehensive program of executive education and workshops, both in Hawaii and throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
