VADM Joseph W. Rixey, Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, visited the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies on Sept. 25, 2015. During his visit to the APCSS, he participated in roundtable discussions with APCSS leadership and faculty and had a chance to meet with Fellows currently attending the Advanced Security Cooperation (ASC) course. DSCA is executive agent for the five regional centers.
