Whole-of-Society Resilience 2026 (WoSR '26) Workshop

The DKI APCSS Whole-of-Society Resilience (WoSR) workshop series began in 2023. These high-level events bring together senior officials, subject-matter experts, and representatives from the private sector and civil society to share international experiences and best practices in building resilience against hybrid threats and malign influence. The fourth workshop in the series will focus on “Resilience, Resistance and Deterrence.”
Objectives:
- Enhance partner understanding and capacity to be able to prepare for, organize, conduct, and/or support resilience and resistance activities in conflict scenarios.
- Exchange lessons learned and best practices in building whole-of-society resilience and resistance capacity between the Indo-Pacific and Europe.
- Facilitate professional networking to strengthen the connective tissue between like-minded allies and partners, and identify opportunities for expanded cross-sectoral and international cooperation.
