DIILS SUPPORTS INTERNATIONAL BOARDING OFFICER COURSE

International Boarding Officer Course Group with DIILS Instructor
The Defense Institute of International Legal Studies (DIILS), in support of the
International Boarding Officer Course (IBOC), conducted a one-day legal seminar
on Maritime Law Enforcement, Use of Force, Smuggling Trends, and Piracy.  The
course is sponsored annually by the U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Law Enforcement
Academy (MLEA) which is located on the Federal Law Enforcement Training
Center in Charleston, SC.  Participants included foreign Navy and Coast Guard
officers from 14 nations.
