Tashkent - A DIILS seminar at the Military Academy addressed the Law of Armed Conflict and Human Rights as they apply to international and non-international armed conflict. Attended by senior and mid-career Uzbek Army and Air Force officers, the event was designed to strengthen military commitment to the rule of law and its applicability to military operations.
