DIILS traveled to Mexico City, Mexico to partner with members of the Mexican military and engage in discussions on Human Rights in Domestic Operations and Defense Support to Civilian Authorities. The engagement was very productive; we will continue to work together in the upcoming months on these and other important shared issues.
