N'djamena - The Chadian Armed Forces hosted a three day workshop between the Defense Institute of International Legal Studies and members of the Chadian Army and Air Force.  Legal experts from the U.S. Army exchanged views with approximately 20 participants on a variety of legal topics, including International Armed Conflict, Non-International Armed Conflict, Rules of Engagement, Human Rights, and Targeting.
