A DIILS Team traveled to Mauritius to conduct a workshop on the Legal Aspects of Maritime Security Operations and Human Rights.  Participants included officials from the National Coast Guard, Police Prosecution Offices, Attorney General's Office, Ports Authority, Oceanography Institute, and Ministry of Oceans Economy, Marine Resources, Fisheries and Shipping.   Additionally, we shared approaches to preventing and responding to incidents of sexual assaults and gender based violence.
