DIILS graduated 18 students from the 2020 LCT Course.  Countries represented were Bangladesh, Benin, Georgia, Ghana, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kenya, Kosovo, Moldova, Malawi, Malta, Mexico, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Uganda.  LCT is a three-week course for military commanders, legal advisors and their civilian counterparts exploring effective means for combating terrorism within the rule of law.  The course is designed to deepen understanding of the relevant law and the discussion of effective methods of combating terrorism thus making participants highly effective advisors to policy-makers, law enforcement, or military counter-terrorism practitioners.  Congratulations to the 2020 LCT Class!
