Congratulations to Distinguished NESA Center Alumnus, Haykel Ben Mahfoudh from Tunisia, who was recently elected as a judge at the International Criminal Court for the period of 2024 to 2033. He becomes the first Arab judge to sit on the bench of the ICC.
