39th Issue of per Concordiam & Upcoming 2021 Themes
The Marshall Center is pleased to announce the publication of the 39th issue of per Concordiam (Volume 10, Issue 3, 2020) with a focus on Great Power Competition, including China’s influence on Europe and implications for Euro-Atlantic relations and solidarity. Congratulations to all of our alumni contributors, including Ms. Malgorzata Jankowska (Poland, EP 03-1), Ms. Nataliia Haluhan (Ukraine, PASS 16-15, PTSS 17-06 & SRS 20-03), Lt. Col. Chad Cisweski (USA, Senior Fellows Program 19-20), Dr. Drew Ninnis (Australia, PASS 13-11), and Ms. Adéla Šelepová (Czech Republic, ESS-N 20-06). Also, to the following Marshall Center contributing faculty members: Mr. Frank Mouritz, Dr. Valbona Zeneli, Dr. Pál Dunay, and Prof. James K. Wither. per Concordiam is a professional Journal for European Security and Defense Issues and is published quarterly in English and Russian by the U.S. European Command and the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. It addresses defense and security issues in Europe and Eurasia for military and security practitioners and experts. The current hard copy circulation of per Concordiam has over 10,000 audience members in 154 countries. The Marshall Center encourages all of its alumni to consider contributing as authors. Article submissions should be written in the 2009 AP style, must be 2,000 – 5,000 words in length, and must pass review and approval by the editorial board. 2021 themes for which articles can still be submitted include:
