The Marshall Center is pleased to announce the publication of the 44th issue of per Concordiam (Volume 11, Issue 4, 2021) with a focus on “Russia’s Ambition”. Congratulations to all of our alumni contributors, including Lt. Col. John Berger (United States, GARSS 21-22), Dr. Nikola Brzica (Croatia, ESS-E 17-03 & SEEF 21-17), Dr. Olivera Injac (Montenegro, LPASS 07-1 and SES 08-3), Mr. Endrit Reka (Albania, PTSS 17-06 & SEEF 21-17), Dr. Vasko Shutarov (North Macedonia, PTSS 09-7 & SEEF 21-17), Mr. Nikola Veličković (Serbia, PASS 14-09), Dr. Nika Chitadze (Georgia, LC 99-2), Lt. Col. Ryan B. Ley (United States, GARSS 21-22), and Dr. Cyprian Aleksander Kozera (Poland, PTSS 15-07). per Concordiam is a professional Journal for European Security and Defense Issues and is published quarterly in English and Russian by the U.S. European Command and the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. It addresses defense and security issues in Europe and Eurasia for military and security practitioners and experts. The current hard copy circulation of per Concordiam has over 10,000 audience members in over 150 countries. The Marshall Center encourages all of its alumni to consider contributing as authors. Article submissions should be written in the 2009 AP style, must be 2,000 – 4,000 words in length, and must pass review and approval by the editorial board. 2022 themes for which articles can still be submitted include:

Security Challenges (Balkans)
Europe and its Southern Partnerships
