On Thursday, 16 June 2016, Lithuanian Marshall Center Alumni met to discuss Vladimir Putin's strategy and policymaking process.  Marshall Center Professor Graeme Herd led the group through a thought-provoking presentation on Russia's national security decisionmaking.  Former Marshall Center faculty member and current Head of the EU Committee Bureau in the office of the Lithuanian Parliament Ruta Buneviciute moderated the discussion.  Input from the Lithuanian alumni helped to further enhance the chart developed by Professor Herd on "Putin's Operational Code".  Thank you to all who supported and attended this event.
