About 40 Lithuanian alumni met in Vilnius on Nov. 19 to attend a networking event.  The Lithuanian Minister of Defense and president of the Alumni Association, Dr. Juozas Olekas, gave the welcoming address and the Director of the Marshall Center, LTG (ret.) Keith Dayton  (above, right) opened the event.

A panel discussion followed with MC professor Ruta Buneviciute acting as moderator  and speakers included Dr. Andrew Michta, Professor of International Studies, Rhodes College and Adjunct Fellow at the Center of Strategic and International Studies, Washington, D.C. as well as MC professors John Kriendler and Dr. Ralf Roloff.

The panel was followed by questions and discussion and further networking.   The event was held in conjunction with a Marshall Center Baltic and Central European Security regional conference.
