Congratulations to Lieutenant Lirza Dollomaja from the Ministry of Defense of Albania. Lirza was recognized as the Marshall Center's 16,000th alumna at the recent graduation of our Program on Countering Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC). The Marshall Center was founded in 1993 and welcomed its first resident course graduates in 1994.
