After a three-year absence due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Marshall Center is delighted to be back in person for the tenth anniversary of the Ohrid Alumni Security Forum, in partnership with our North Macedonia Alumni Association with further support from the NATO Public Diplomacy Division.

Underscoring the German-American partnership at the heart of the Marshall Center, U.S. Ambassador to North Macedonia Kate Marie Byrnes and German Ambassador to North Macedonia Anke Holstein opened the Forum Saturday morning.  Joining the ambassadors in opening remarks were GCMC Director MG (ret.) Barre Seguin, and North Macedonia Alumni Association President Biljana Popovska.

Alumni from Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia are serving as panelists and participants and are joined by other experts from around the region.

You can find more news about this event on the Marshall Center’s LinkedIn and Facebook pages.
