On Tuesday, 11 July 2017, the Marshall Center and the CEMA University in Buenos Aires conducted a VTC as part of a CEMA conference on "Transnational Threats: Narcotics and Terrorism".   Marshall Center PTSS Program Director James Howcroft spoke via VTC to the audience in Argentina on Recent Trends in Terrorism and Counterterrorism.  The conference was organized by Argentina GCMC alumnus Fransisco Zarabozo (CNIT 2015), and included presentations from GCMC alumnus Cristobal Fundora Sitton from Panama (CTOC 2016), as well as WJPC professor Boris Saavedra and WJPC alumni Marcus Reis (Brazil) and Martin Verrier (Argentina).

Events such as this demonstrate the value of the Regional Center Alumni Network in the global effort against Terrorism and Organized Crime.

The conference is available for viewing on YouTube at:
