My account is blocked. How can I get it unblocked?
GlobalNET participants who have not logged into their accounts in the past six months will have their accounts blocked for account security reasons.
If your account has been blocked, you will need to contact the organization that created your GlobalNET account to reauthorize your account. This may require an interview over the telephone or video call. You will be asked question to verify your account information before your account can be re-enabled.
Please note that if your email address has changed or you can't remember your original account email address the reauthorization process may take longer.
To get help with your blocked account, navigate to your sponsoring organization and click on the "Help Desk" function in the footer of the homepage of the organization. Select the "My account is blocked" option, then complete and submit the form. Someone from that organization will contact you after they have received the request.
