How do I get help with GlobalNET?

If you need help recovering your password, unlocking your user account, publishing content or finding content on GlobalNET, or if your question isn’t answered in the GlobalNET Help Guide, you can submit a support ticket to the GlobalNET Help Desk for assistance, and an Organization Manager will answer it as soon as possible.
To get help, navigate to the footer of any GlobalNET page and click the Help Desk link.
Fill out the support form, describe your problem and click Save to submit the ticket. You will get a message on the screen that your ticket has been submitted. This message has a link to your ticket. You will also receive an email message that we've received your support request. This message also has a link to your ticket. Bookmark this link or go to My GlobalNET and click the Support Updates tab to monitor your support request. A notification is also sent to your organization manager letting them know you submitted a help request.
