How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password and are unable to log in, you can reset it:
- Click the Forgot Password? link in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Enter your username OR the email address in your profile.
- Fill out the Captcha form.
- Click Submit.
- See message on the next screen that says Further instructions have been sent to your email address.
- Go to the email Inbox associated with your GlobalNET account, where you will receive an email with a ONE TIME ONLY login link. (This link will expire in 24 hours.)
- Click the link and you will be prompted to set a new password.
GlobalNET users must change their password every 60 days
Use the Help Desk link at the bottom of any page to contact your organization manager for any additional assistance.
If you are already logged in and want to change you password:
- Click on My GlobalNET in the upper right corner of the screen to access your Account page.
- Click Change My Password in the left sidebar.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter a new password and confirm the new password.
- Click SAVE.
