"In the context of the NSA’s role post-9/11, my paper argues it is essential that the different governmental agencies and the NSAs work together collaboratively rather than compete in power struggles for influence over the U.S. president. Secondly, I suggest that the effective use of the NSA’s team leader and strategy skills will help produce more effective decision-making," writes Al-Darraji.
