NESA Center Professor David Des Roches appeared on the latest episode of Dubai's Al-Sharq News segment Washington Report with Rana Abtar to discuss Congress’s failure to fund Ukraine before the New Year, its causes, possible solutions, and how it reflects on U.S. commitments to its allies and friends.

Washington Report with Rana Abtar is a weekly, hour-long television dialogue program, presented by Rana Abtar, in which she hosts politicians, researchers, academics, and journalists to discuss current files from within decision-making centers in state institutions such as the White House, Congress, the State Department, the U.S. Treasury, and the Pentagon, in addition to pressure groups active in the American capital.
