The Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies hosted a delegation of 34 Iraqi General Officers and senior representatives from the Iraqi security-related ministries for a Capstone seminar. The course focused on building partner capacity in strategic planning, leadership, and cross-coordination of the Interagency.
