On April 24-25, 2024, the Perry Center conducted a Seminar on Hybrid Threats: Preventing Terrorist and Criminal Activities for from Argentine Ministry of Security in Buenos Aires. Perry Center Professors Bill Godnick, Celina Realuyo and Boris Saavedra lectured on counterterrorism, the trafficking of drugs, people and arms, money laundering, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection and interagency cooperation for some 100 agents and analysts in the Criminal Intelligence division and other parts of the Ministry of Security. Perry Center Director, Dr. Paul Angelo and Perry Center alumni, Dr. Vicente Ventura, Secretary of Security and Dr. Ricardo Ferrer, Director of Criminal Intelligence at the Ministry of Security presided over the inauguration and closing ceremonies.
