On April 25th, Perry Center Professor Boris Saavedra conducted a VTC in support of CAEN‘s (Center for Higher National Studies) CEDEYAC course.  With approximately 45 participants, Professor Saavedra discussed the conceptual framework of security and defense in the Western Hemisphere, followed by a lively Q&A session.  This VTC is part of the Perry Center’s ongoing collaboration with CAEN, and their goal of educating civilians and military personnel in matters of security and defense at both the strategic and policy level.
