Action Learning A dynamic process that involves a small group of people solving real problems, while at the same time focusing on what they are learning and how their learning can benefit each group member, the group itself and the organization as a whole. It has the multiplying impact to equip individuals, especially leaders, to more effectively respond to change.

Adult Learning A theory that holds a set of assumptions about how adults learn. Andragogy emphasizes the value of the process of learning. It uses approaches to learning that are problem-based and collaborative rather than didactic, and also emphasizes more equality between the teacher and learner.

Development is a consistent system for identifying success factors for positions within the organization.
Conflict Management/Negotiations Conflict may be defined as a struggle or contest between people with opposing needs, ideas, beliefs, values, or goals.
