Description
I have an incoming student who requested a DIILS GlobalNET account and I am not receiving his request. When he tried again to fill out the form it says there is already and account with his email address. He is from Nigeria John Ebhodaghe Ikhimiukor - johneikhimiukor@yahoo.co.uk He took a screenshot see attached.
Expected result
Expected to receive an account request to approve.
Actual result
The system did not send an account requst to be approved.
If someone could look at this as soon as possible I would appreciate it.

Hi Nancy,
If he's gotten a message thast he has an account with that email address, you would never get an account requst for him because he really wasn't able to request one. I looked him up by email address and he does have an account from a few years ago, but is not a member of any organization or courses or groups.
I unblocked him and made him a member of DIILS so you can manage his account and then just have him request a new password. Here is the URL to his profile for your reference. https://globalnetplatform.org/users/ikhimiukor
