Description
Lisa I have been noticing this for a long time but just getting to report it. I seemed to think it was already in the works for a fix I guess...
Not all Syllabus "main session" list in the proper order. See https://globalnetplatform.org/diils/lchr-19010 for a good example.
I just created https://globalnetplatform.org/diils/lcc-19010 and at the momment it is listed correctly WEEK ONE, WEEK TWO, and then WEEK THREE.
I can not explain why this happens. At first I thought the system re-ordered the top/mail sessions after editting but this does not hold true.
I am useing the latest FF on Windows 10 home PC.
Let me know if you need me to provide you support testing this.
Thanks, Nancy

Hi Nancy, based on our join testing, we know for sure the sorting will go out of order when more than one person is working in the sessions so I'm closing this one. Ethan didn't find us anything that he could do to improve the FF experience at this time, however, of course will monitor.
Cheers,
Lisa
Sure let me know when you have a few minutes.
I'm home the rest of the week all day 7-4 try to exercise at 5.
Thanks, Nancy
Definitely, could be result of more than one person editing/adding content at a time. Couple of years ago, we had issue when you added a foruth session where this would happen, but haven't since this since and we've not had anyonbe else report this happening recently. I have a new test course I created that we could try to both edit at the same time and see what happens.
I always thought it was after edits but I really can't say at this point. I looked back at the last two courses and the order is correct for the Syllabus.
I have resently told everyone that has interaction/edit/additions for a course's syllabus to have only one person making changes at a time thinking maybe that might cause it.
I only have one more course to create in November but it will only be one week.
If you want I can do some tests with you?
Sorry it never gelled as to what causes the syllabus main/top sessions to go out of order...
Thanks, Nancy
Nancy,
Is there anything that you do or that happens when you see them back out of order after changing? Anything like, after add a session at certain level or go to certain part of the page, navigate away and cme back later? Anything like that would be most helpful. Thanks!
Hi Nancy...I'm looking. Thanks!
