Subject: IP address for Globalnet
Michael, our alumni can no longer access our databases in Globalnet. When they click on the link, it takes them to the Fellows login page for our databases.
I suspect it may be an IP problem. Do you know what the IP range for Globalnet is? If you do, I’d like to add it to the ranges we have for those databases.
Thanks!
Regards,
Tami Rosado, Supervisory Librarian
Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center
Expected result
Once an authenticated user logs on, they should be able to access the Library data base resourcess
Actual result
The user is now being asked for a user name and password. See the links attached above

Closing this ticket as after much discussion with APCSS librarian, Tami Rosado and OCLC support for EZproxy, there is no action do be done on the part of GlobalNET. This is an EBSCO and APCSS issue and Tami will work to provide alumni username and password for accessing those databases.
Cheers,
Lisa
Thanks Lisa for keeping us informed. Continue to let us know by email as well as a means to keep our other stakeholders to this process advised. The final brief for this class on MERLIN is Tuesday August 27th 13:00 HST.
Though we've been in touch and working on this item via email, noting here that I updated Tami this week to let her know that the team has Tom coming back onto work with us and this ticket is his first priority once he is onboarded again.
Cheers,
Lisa
Awaiting Tami's repsonse from OCLC as we found they already have our IP address on file. Suspect is an OCLC to APCSS issue.
