Synopsis: Join us as experts from the Woodrow Wilson International Center’s Polar Institute discuss the dynamic Arctic region and the future impacts to cooperation as a result of the Ukraine-Russia crisis. Ms. Marisol Maddox delves into the security, climate, and environmental concerns while Mr. Evan Bloom shares his insights on geostrategic competition and the quest for good governance in the Arctic region. This webinar provides security practitioners and policymakers with a greater understanding the transboundary shifts in the Arctic/near-Arctic and the emerging role of the Central Arctic Ocean.
