The Marshall Center is pleased to announce the publication of the 40th issue of per Concordiam (Volume 10, Issue 4, 2020) with a focus on “Cyber Security Workforce Development”. per Concordiam is a professional Journal for European Security and Defense Issues and is published quarterly in English and Russian by the U.S. European Command and the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. It addresses defense and security issues in Europe and Eurasia for military and security practitioners and experts. The current hard copy circulation of per Concordiam has over 10,000 audience members in 154 countries. The Marshall Center encourages all of its alumni to consider contributing as authors. Article submissions should be written in the 2009 AP style, must be 2,000 – 5,000 words in length, and must pass review and approval by the editorial board. 2021 themes for which articles can still be submitted include:
