On Tuesday, 14 June 2016, the Estonian Alumni Association met during a Marshall Center sponsored Outreach Networking Event.  Marshall Center Professor Graeme Herd, together with Director of the Baltic Center for Russian Studies Vladimir Juškin presented a fascinating discussion on the topic of “Russian Strategic Culture and President Putin's Operational Code: Implications for the Baltic States.”

In attendance were several distinguished Marshall Center Alumni, including former Estonian President Arnold Rüütel and Chief of Defense Lt Gen Johannes Kert.  Estonian Alumni Association President Peeter Lorents introduced and moderated the discussion.  Special thanks to all who supported and attended this event.
